A Conscious Way To Develop and Rise

I am a 45 year old person who would like to share some wisdom with many and hopefully my words showing my experience can inspire others to move forward in life

Being fully aware of what I do everyday is something that I have been practicing since I started traditional meditation few months ago after more than 10 years. Sending good vibes and wishes to my least favourite people is probably the best way to heal from the pain of having bad feelings for someone.

In my case, my crypto scammer caused me lots of headaches to work on but gave me valuable lessons learned such as going back to my faith, family and real friends and being able to share my story for prevention and advocacy of mental health support when we are in our weakest stage.

    Mindfulness really is the cornerstone of gratitude. Practicing both mindfulness and gratitude brings you closer to self awareness filling your cup to overflowing. I did the 100 days of gratitude a few times in the last 12 years. It always brings me back and centres me. I feel most at peace finding 3 things a day for those 100 days to be grateful for. At times it’s hard but eventually it becomes easier to see what has been right in front of me all the time. Thank you for sharing your journey.
