A Conscious Way To Develop and Rise

I am a 45 year old person who would like to share some wisdom with many and hopefully my words showing my experience can inspire others to move forward in life

Facing the separation of my ex partner last year and the crypto scam losing $80k earlier this year made me realize that a healing process takes time and mental health is a key component to face these challenges in my life. As part of my experience, I decided to share my story publicly and advocate for mental health awareness, something that I did not have after my separation.

I am looking forward to speak up and be the voice of others who feel shame and embarrassment to show their stories. Unfortunately there are many cases unreported and many people decide to deal silently falling into depression or even suicides.

I chose to heal and support others as part of my journey and hopefully some of these scam victims are able to move forward, following their dreams despite losing confidence and trust after being scammed. We don’t need to allow these bad experiences to determine our future, we are the ones to heal and show with love for ourselves and the community that the sky is the limit and nothing will stop it.

I’m glad to hear that you have chosen to share and heal. Too many people get engulfed in the damage these scammers cause. Thanks for sharing your journey.

Behind the scenes there is mental health, when someone is vulnerable like I was these people take advantage. I may not changed the world but it I can help one person, it means the world and the sky is the limit

Yes. The bottom line is mental health, victims are typically vulnerable people in difficult stages of life like loss of a partner, separation, etc. That’s the main reason sharing real stories like mine are needed for people to realize that if they are not ok they can easily be victims of them. The amount of shame within victims is awful and needs to be more spoken publicly
